Know my place

Since 2008 my artistic practice has revolved around ‘place’. Explored through photography and drawing, the medium changes but the subject remains constant.

I want to explore what defines ‘place’ and how I relate to where I am. It’s clear that it’s not one thing, but a combination of geography, people, architecture, customs, traditions, food, culture and time and how they all interconnect. That continues to fascinate me.
